This March, after Piccola Cucina Enoteca and Piccola Cucina Osteria, Sicilian-born chef Philip Guardione will open his third restaurant in Soho: Piccola Cucina Estiatorio!
Piccola Cucina Estiatorio will be a seafood-focused restaurant highlighting the ingredients and flavors of Sicily and Greece.
The menu at this rustic Mediterranean seafood restaurant centers around an array of fresh fish that will be imported daily from Sicily and displayed atop a bed of ice in a bright blue, vintage Piaggio ‘Ape’ vehicle.
