Christian and Angelo, thank you so much for being our drivers for the trip my daughter and I took March 26-April 3, in Sicily. You were with us thru pickup at Palermo airport, to Cefalu, to wine tours and lunch in the Madonie mountains, Castelbuono, Agrigento, San Biagio, Poggioreale, and back to Palermo. You were dependable and so easy to communicate with. You helped 2 women, on their own, feel very safe and we knew we could rely on you to guide us with any questions or recommendations we had. You took the worry away and let us fully experience and enjoy Sicily. Angelo - thank you especially for the patience in small adjustments we made to plans and your patience in taking us to new Poggioreale, ghost town Poggioreale, and back again to new Poggioreale and helping us translate as needed with the locals there as we asked about our ancestors from the old town. Y'all were both cheerful and helpful and made our trip that much more fun! Highly recommend and would use y'all again if I came back!

New Travel Services is an outstanding transfer/excursion family business with exceptional customer service. We booked their Palermo/Agrigento/Piazza Armerina/Taormina excursion last minute when our original Sicilian itinerary changed. We were most fortunate to have Christian meet us at Palermo Airport with open arms. and a comfortable air conditioned Mercedes van for our family of four. He drove a coastal route and along rural landscape safely while pointing out the sights. He provided historical, cultural facts as well as entertaining and personal commentary throughout the drive his kindness and warmth were so appreciated. Allocated time at Agrigento and Piazza Armerina was just what we wished for. We arrived at our hotel in time to shower and have a delicious dinner at one of his restaurant recommendations. Christian and New Travel Services provide a high quality service. Christian himself picked up our group of 8 at the airport in Cantania and drove us in a very comfortable van to Taormina accomodation. He was waiting for us when our flight arrived and shared his passion for Sicily all along our drive. He even handled the communication with our AIRBNB host about timing to assure our host would be at property when we arrived. We then used another of his drivers for our return to Catania airport on their Cyclops Coast tour. Again we had prompt friendly service and another unique experience in Sicily including both the beautiful Cyclops coast and the Fish Market in Catania. We were in Sicily in Nov'18 for a family holiday and had such a pleasant and seamless experience with New Travel Service. We would highly recommend them to anytime travelling there. Booked New Travel Services to pick my wife and her friend up from Catania Airport on a late evening flight to take them to Taormina. Christian was very good with email communication and gave them a lot of information about Taormina during the journey. He had a pass to enter the town and was able to drop them off at their accommodation. The return journey went equally smoothly and we would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

Thank you Christian for the transfers - we were whisked away from the airport to our apartment in no time - and the interesting tours. We especially enjoyed the Godfather tour with the visit to Castello degli Schiavi which appears unchanged since the movies. We were collected from Catania Airport and greeted very warmly by Ed. He looked after us very well during the journey to Taormena. Christian was in touch to make sure we were happy and offered to help in any way he could during our stay in Sicily. Christian's company provided transfers for us this past week from Catania Airport (6/29/13) to our hotel in Taormina, and the return to back the airport (7/7/13). It was easy to book the transfers via email, and Christian provided to us his local cell phone number. Upon our arrival at Catania airport, Alitalia mishandled our flight's luggage so poorly that we, along with about 30 other passengers, waited nearly an hour after the flight's arrival, for our luggage. Yet, Christian's driver was waiting patiently for us during this time, and he was easy to locate at the airport once we had collected our luggage. Christian phoned us in the car to make sure that everything was "ok" -- a nice touch. Both drivers, to and from the airport, were courteous and professional, and the cars were clean. Many thanks for the terrific service -- we would most definately use this company again when travelling to Sicily.

Christian and his team provided our transfers to and from Catania airport and our hotel in Taormina. They did an outstanding job! When one of our members' flight was delayed, they not only changed the pickup arrangement, they were on hand when he arrived 7 hours later. Another of our group left a jacket in the car, and the driver came back to our hotel that evening to return it. Tremendous customer service! We recommend them highly.

I contacted Christian several months prior to an extended once in a life time Land and cruise European vacation after havin read many reviews. His responce and attention to pickup for our arrival and departure from Sicily was spot on.I only regret not using his companies services more, especially in tracking sicillian ancestors, I'm sure I would have accomplised so much more than I was able to on my own in a limited time frame. Anyway 5 stars to New Travel Services and his team.

Christian and his drivers are excellent !! We were met at Catania airport in a timely manner and taken to Taormina. Upon return a week later Christian arranged for us to be taken back to Catania Airport even though I asked at the last minute, he was able to help us. When our diver picked us up, Christian made a personal phone call to me to ask if we were satisfied and that everything was OK. I was very impressed !! Thank you for your excellent service, I shall use you again when I am next in wonderful Sicilia.
